Some pretty good bowl games as per usual.  A few that were denied us, especially a possible Battle for Texas (Longhorns vs. Aggies).  I know the conferences and bowls put together the schedule but it sure sounded like Texas A&M was pussying out of that one.  I thought they played with the big boys of the SEC and could handle anything.

I should have a bowl TV schedule up pretty soon.  TSN has 25 bowl games this season.  Two of the games are simsubbed from ABC (Las Vegas and Citrus).  One other game solely on ABC and one other solely on CBS.  The rest will, in all likelihood, go to the specialty pack.  Sportsnet will be showing no college football bowl games this season, which is consistent with the rest of this season.

  1. Hey Bossman, great work today as usual.. At first glance I’m looking forward to Baylor vs MSU and hopefully Oregon finally sticking a spear in FSU.

    1. Thanks a bunch!

There are a lot of good games as per usual. And some rather obvious duds. I will be watching pretty much all of them because, well, FOOTBALL!

I will say they did a good job with the CFP and the New Year’s Six. I don’t remember anything like this in the non-BCS era.

As for games not in the CFP or NYS, I would say Auburn-Wisconsin, Kansas State-UCLA, and Clemson-Oklahoma would be three I’m most interested in.

And yeah, I have Oregon and Alabama meeting the championship. Can’t see the other two teams winning. Wouldn’t be surprised if one of the games was a blowout.
