Some pretty good choice although not as deep a lineup as the cable lineup this weekend. I am a bit perplexed at the USA-Tennessee game on the specialty pack for Bell. I was sure I saw it as the SEC Network game of the week on TBS (yeah I know it’s called Peachtree now, but I will always refer to it as TBS…or the Superstation! Now when is that Death Wish marathon coming on….). All of a sudden, the guide and all the websites I look at say the teams will be announced. This would be so Sportsnet-esque to do that (i.e. show a game that is already on a channel that many people get) although it’s the specialty pack so I give them a bit of a reprieve. Really liking the SEC block in the early evening and the Pac-12 block in the late night slot. Some really good games this weekend. My PVR is getting a workout baby! Oh, and I have to say, thank you networks for putting all the SD games on HD as well. Should have been doing it all along.
